If you’re into cards, comics and cute little collectible finds, you should definitely know about Pokoee Card & Gaming Expo. It’s a local Ocoee show that’s really fun to wander around, especially when you’re in the mood to spend a Sunday looking at things you love.

There are lots of vendors with Pokémon, sports cards, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, comics, video games, miniatures and all kinds of collectibles. You can go in with a specific card or comic in mind, but half the fun is spotting something you weren’t looking for at all and suddenly deciding that you absolutely need it.

It’s also a nice excuse to get together with friends, browse the tables, chat with vendors and take your time looking through everything. You never really know what little treasure you’re going to find hiding on a table.

The next Pokoee Card & Gaming Expo is Sunday, September 27, from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Lakeshore Center, 125 N. Lakeshore Drive in Ocoee. Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
